Never confuse the will of the majority with the will of God.

I never was the type to go with the flow if it didn’t feel right.  I didn’t drink before I was 21 and have never done drugs, but there were many things that I did do.  Mostly because it seemed like EVERYONE was and therefore ok in God’s eyes.

God doesn’t look for His people to collectively make a decision on what is right and what is wrong, He has already provided guidance with this.  The guidance in the Bible is all we need, yet I find more and more pressure on Christians from the skewing of these words.  We read into them, turn them upside down and backwards to fit our intentions, wants, and desires.

We need to restrain ourselves, listen to the word, and stop following the masses!

What do you think is the most skewed Biblical belief to fit into the masses beliefs?  Please write comments below.

Yes…Amen! It is so imperative that we follow the word of God and flee from the opinions of the world. It isn’t easy because of the fear that we may rub others the wrong way and be persecuted. However, Jesus said “if the world hates you, remember that it hated me first.” John 15:18
